We finally have a solution to our Homelessness!! Okay we haven't technically been homeless as my parents have graciously let us live with them since November. However the Call residence is going to get very crowded at the end of July. Hopefully everything will be wrapped up before the new arrivals head back from NY.
We backed out of the really bad deal in North Marysville and started our search again and came across Quadrant Homes. They were not something we could have done before but with the hold up in the first home we went for it has made is possible. We are so excited. We had our final showroom appointment last Friday and had all our choices picked out. We are told the next step is that our home plans will be taken to the county who in turn will then issue permits anywhere between 2-4 weeks from now. Lets pray its two weeks. Then the home will be released for construction. It will take approximately 54 working days with possible couple more days weather permitting. So we hope to be in a new home sometime at the end of July to early August.
We are very excited to finally have a solution to our dilemma. The construction site is still in Marysville which is close to work for Jared which will spare him having to ride the bus from Kent to Everett. We hope to have our first home very soon. Keep checking back for updates and check out our other website for more pictures of the home and also Jitter Bug has some photos under her section and some very cute videos of her.
